Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-CASETYPE' with the name 'PYDEFAULT' that applies to '@baseclass'
hi,
I found a problem when trying to submit a flow action. In the flow action post processing activity, there is a call to CreateWorkPage activity and in the activity step 10 in tracer, I see the below error:
But if i run the flow action again for the 2nd time, there is no error and the form submits.
the flow action post processing activity failed:Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-CASETYPE' with the name 'PYDEFAULT' that applies to :'"@baseclass". There were 336 rules in the rulebase but none matched the request. the 336 rules named defined in the rulesbase are: 335 related to applied to clases: X,Y,Z etc 1 inaccessible because their availability was withdrawn
anyone faced similar issue and can share the fix please?

Issue is still not resolved for us. Infact its intermittent.

@ganginenaMost likely this issue may happen due to parameter values of the activity "CreateWorkPage" ,
Observe the parameter values being passed to this activity CreateWorkPage on 1st time submit of flow action when issue is occurred, then during the second successful submit of flow action compare the parameter values being passed on this activity CreateWorkPage
If there is any difference in parameter values between those parameter pages or primary context then most likely thats causing the issue.
