Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'XXXXXX' that applies to 'System-Queue-XXXXXX
Hello All,
We could observe some records in System-queue-XXX-XXXXX table which are in Broken-Process status that got failed with the below exception. but the case has been resolved state.
** Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'XXXXXX' that applies to 'System-Queue-XXXXXX'. There were 5 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 5 rules named 'XXXXXX' defined in the rulebase are: 5 related to applies-to class 'System-Queue-XXX-XXXXXX', but were defined in rulesets which are not in your rulesetlist: XXXXXX:01-15-80, XXXXXX:01-13-29, {XXXXX:01-03-16, XXXXXX:01-15-72, XXXXXX:01-03-14}.
Our application was recently upgraded from PRPC 8.2 to PRPC 8.5.5
Please let us know if this is a known Issue

@sudhakarvallam Can you please confirm if the rulesets XXXXXX:01-15-80, XXXXXX:01-13-29, {XXXXX:01-03-16, XXXXXX:01-15-72, XXXXXX:01-03-14} are visible for the operator being used. Or Part of the application stack

@sudhakarvallam Also can you please check if the application is present in System Runtime Context ?

Hi @sudhakarvallam Ideally, if the rulesets are part of the application stack and the end user has access to the application, then end-user has access to thee rules in the ruleset.
Ensure the operator has access the ruleset for the rule which we are trying to access.
