Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'PXPOSTUPGRADEQUICK' that applies to 'PegaAccel-Management-PostUpgrade'
This is our environment Unix + Oracle 12C + PRPC 7.2.1 in which we are upgrading an application from PRPC 6.1 SP2
We are at the second step in a split-schema out-of-place upgrade -aka- "rules upgrade"
While running the upgrade.sh we are receiving the below error; kindly verify and help us.

The upgrade.sh is looking for the following OOTB activity. Have any one encountered this issue before while upgrading to PRPC V7.2.1 ?

Is there failure while importing rulsebase package?
Which step you stuck with exception?
If you had exception prior execution and "resume" started; is this loaded all packages?

The failure happened at "Update Existing Applications" step which is one of the steps mentioned in the setupDatabase.xml
We ensured that the entries for the rule base package imports in the logs matches the package list available at /PRPC_Rules.jar/Application.xml
Later we started querying the PEGARULES schema that is being upgraded and we found the following anomalies.
- No activity rule records were found in PEGARULES.pr4_rule table with the name 'pxpostupgradequick'
- Number of rules that apply to the class 'PegaAccel-Management-PostUpgrade' in PEGARULES.pr4_rule table is less compared to the other applications that were successfully upgraded to Pega 7.2.1 earlier.
- No rule records were found in PEGARULES.pr4_rule table that applies to the class 'Pega-Landing-System-Upgrade'

Base on the anomalies that were observed in the rules schema we felt that something could have gone wrong in the first 2 steps of our upgrade attempt (1-Migrate Rules & 2-Rules Upgrade).
We just cleaned up everything and started again with 1-Migrate Rules; in this attempt we were able to complete the upgrade process till 2-Rules Upgrade without issues.
