We could observe many records in PR_SYS_QUEUE_SLA table which are in Broken-Process status that got failed with the below exception.
** Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'ESTABLISHCONTEXT' that applies to 'System-Queue-ServiceLevel'; no rules with this name were found in the rulebase.
ESTABLISHCONTEXT activity is very much available with Applies To class of System-Queue-ServiceLevel.
Our application was recently upgraded from PRPC 6.2 SP2 to PRPC 7.2.2
Please let us know if this is a known Issue or should a SR be created? Thanks.
