No valid extract rules found for System-Queue-ServiceLevel

Hi All,

We are trying to create a bix extract rule to run on System-Queue-ServiceLevel class. Idea is to get insight of the agent queues for SLA. But we get below error when we run this rule.

(access.DatabaseUtilsCommonImpl) INFO   Ni_2 - Bypassing System-Queue-ServiceLevel (inherits from System-) 

(   internal.access.ExtractImpl) INFO   Ni_2 - Processing extract rule with insKey :RULE-ADMIN-EXTRACT SYSTEM-QUEUE-SERVICELEVEL BROKENQUEUEITEMS #20220825T080027.153 GMT 

(   internal.access.ExtractImpl) ERROR  Ni_2 - No valid extract rules found  

 

Did anyone encounter similar problem? Your inputs are highly appreciated. Thank you in advance..!!
