Exporting contacts from Pega
I am working on initial phases of a startup. I downloaded the Pega CRM trial version. I have added a few users, now I want to export those contacts. Contacts have only two fields name and its role in the organization. I want my export file to have this information as well. But when I download the spreadsheet from tools sections of pega, I get an excel file with no user's information. I am attaching the excel file for your reference.

The spread sheet looks like a report on user stories, not users. I assume you have none of those in your system that's why it came back with no results. What report did you run? My guess is you can create the correct report if you know what class the users are stored in. I don't know that off the top of my head, so it would take some poking around to figure out. Perhaps if you traced the addition of a new user, you could figure it out?
