Expand or Collapse Left hand task bar on CPM product

We are unable to drag the The CPM Task section "handle" to resize the CPM task section. Attaching image. Is there a hot fix to make it resizable when click in on it or some suggestion to make it resizable?

It is not OOTB configuration, it seems to be you have customized and added the resizable handle.
Inspect the handler and check in DOM, Make sure you have not restricted the width.
