Exclusion rule after arbitration
HI,
We have a specific requirement where business wants to write some exclusion rule post arbitration. We wish to have similar interface like engagement policy for business user to update the rule.
Is there a way to allow business user to write Engagement rule post arbitration?

@victor Hi,
From your requirement I understood that after arbitration happend (means propensity gets calculation) these should be a exclusion rule. That means the rule is mainly based on the propensity value. For that in NBAD there is a configuration to give "Threshold" value for propensity.
