Error while installing Pega Customer Service for Health Care on PegaLabs
I am trying to install Pega Customer Service for Healthcare, I get attached errors when I import PegaCRMHC.jar. Here are the steps which I followed.
- Logged into Pega Labs environment
- Installed Fresh Pega Platform 8.5.1
- Deployed a Pega Strategic App PegaFHC-8.5 with sample data.
- Deployed a Pega Strategic App PegaCRM-8.5
- Downloaded Pega Customer Service For Healthcare 8.5 from Digital Delivery.
- I followed installation guide , unzipped 116876_PCRMHC85.zip ( got from digital delivery ) , and tried to import Rules/PegaCRMHC.jar
- I got the attached error at the very last of the process.

I see the below error in the logs when the error happens:

Can you use administrator login while installing PegaCRMHC jar as instructed in the installation guide.
