Error while connectivity using SOAP
Hi,
We have PRPC7.1.3 running on Orcale11gR2 and Websphere Proprietary information hidden.
In our environment we have a SOAP connectivity with Salesforce application. This was working fine before.
But suddenly we have started getting error "UNSUPPORTED_CLIENT: TLS 1.0 has been disabled in this organization. Please use TLS 1.1 or higher when connecting to Salesforce using https.".
On investigation we came to know that (https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewSolution?id=000221207 ) TLS1.0 has been permanently disabled by salesforce. All services should be TLS1.1 or higher compatible.
So we applied fixpack Proprietary information hidden on Websphere application server to get support of TLS1.1 and TLS1.2 protocols. And we changed the protocol to TLS1.1 also at Websphere.
But still having the same issue. Please help us as soon as possible. Thanks.

We got response from Pega support for our SR, TLS 1.1 is not supported by Pega7.1.3. Need to upgrade it to 7.1.6 or later.

Can you confirm you have followed IBM doc to specify the specify a TLS protocol (e.g., TLSv1.1), similar to this post: https://developer.ibm.com/answers/questions/206952/how-do-i-configure-websphere-application-server-ss.html?

I'm not sure that we support TLS 1.1 in Pega 7.1.3. Starting in 7.1.6, there is a dropdown on the Connect-SOAP rule that allows you to specify the SSL protocol version to be used. This does not appear to exist out of the box for prior versions.

I agreed with Nick. Pega doesn't have support for TLS 1.1 for PRPC7.1.5 also.
I just checked 7.1.5 and 7.1.8 instance. Attached 7.1.5 and 7.1.8 screenshots for your reference.

Thanks all for your response. We have tested the same that is there in the post that Kevin suggested. But it doesn't work.
So can we assume that till Pega 7.1.5, pega doesn't support TLS1.1?

We are using 7.1.7 version and set TLS 1.2 protocol version in SSL configuration but still it says the same error "TLS 1.0 has been disabled in this organization. Please use TLS 1.1 or higher when connecting to Salesforce using https"
