Error while connecting to soap service from Pega 8.1.2

Hi,

we are receiving an error "com.pega.pegarules.pub.services.RemoteApplicationException: SOAP service failed" while connecting to a soap service from pega 8.1.2. From the log files the error is 

Caused by: com.pega.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Transport error: 503 Error: Service Unavailable

But when trying to invoke the service from Soap UI, we are receiving the proper response. Can someone help us to identify the root cause of this issue?

Hi,

The error code HTTP -503 Service unavailable is related to server which is unable to handle the request from client. 

Please enable debug level loggers given at reference URL https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/data-integration/how-debug-soap-connect-failure-resourceunavailableexception

compare the request format of Soap UI and from PRPC application , 

you will get the soap request message  from the tracer , definitely you would find a difference in it that causing this error.
