Error while mapping the SOAP response onto the clipboard

Hello All,

We are using PRPC v6.3sp1.

When trying to call a service and map the values onto the clipboard, we noticed that only a few items from the SOAP response is mapped to the clipboard.

On tracing the connector activity i see an error "Unable to apply Rule-Parse-XML instance." in the Rule-Connect-SOAP InvokeAxis2 step. No further detail is provided on why this is happening.

Can anyone please let me know how this can be resolved.

Were you able to get the result if you run the Parse-XML rule standalone or from using Apply-Parse-XML method?

"Unable to apply Rule-Parse-XML instance."  is a generic error, please check the caused by stack trace.

Also please check the article below if it resembles the same behaviour that you are facing.
