Error -- > System.IO.IOException: The operation is not allowed on non-connected sockets.

I'm not able to connect to Pega PRPC from Pega Robotic Studio using Robot Activity Component.

Not able to get fields when tried to hit Get Case Information from RobotActivity Properties window, receiving 'error in connection'

Is this issue related to any kind of certificate AD FS or SSL or related to some other.

Where to check required certificates are installed in my machine.

Do you have any special firewall setting? It would be a good test with disabling firewall temporarily to see if that allows the connection. If that doesn't resolve it, this would be best tackle over a Support Request.
