The operating system is not presently configured to run this application

Hello, i have a problem regarding my automation. It is working on my machine which have studio but cannot start project in runtime due to this error "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application". Note that my studio and runtime are 2 separate machines. Runtime is the only one installed on the machine that i am running the project which has error.
