'Error: Stream service is not running in the cluster' even when all the nodes are configured as universal.

All the nodes have been configured as 'Universal'. But in admin studio it throws the following error. 'Error: Stream service is not running in the cluster' Are there are other specific reasons that this issue occurs.

Hi,

Could you please confirm which pega version you are using?

Plus share pega rules logs and screen shot for Stream landing page (Configure --> Decisioning --> Infrastructure --> Services --> Stream).

Hi ,

My name is Ram  when i was see system details its showing Error: Stream service is not running in the cluster.  i am trying to add stream service using below path but i cant able to see this option in my system . old version  8.1 i have added stream node but new version i cant able to find option to add 

Could you please confirm which pega version you are using?

 

My pega version 8.4.1
