Error: Invalid value for ParentCaseKey passed to Work-Cover-.pzGetChildKeys

We get an error message when we create a new instance. we check "Creates a new work object" at process tab in pyStartCase Flow.

The Flow Action pre-processing activity pzFetchSubcaseAttachments failed: ValueRequired. Details: Invalid value for ParentCaseKey passed to Work-Cover-.pzGetChildKeys

Hi,

It helps , if you can put the screenshots of the flow configuration .
How is the subcase creation happening ?(through the smartshape?)
And how is the datapropagation configured from parent to subcase?

Is it happening during parent case creation or sub case creation ? Could you also share your configuration for how you are actually creating these cases?
