Error on BeforeStart() of Design Component: Microsoft Outlook 2010 is not present.

i have installed Pega 19.1.14 and Office 365 .. i am facing below error while running the automation in studio..

Error on BeforeStart() of Design Component. Microsoft Outlook 2010 is not present.

Below are the options explored but no luck,

1. Validated the Config files. Changed the runtime config value for office from 2010 to 2019.

2. Validated the references.

3. Checked the Pegasystems root folder for office files as well. looks good.

Can anyone suggest please?

Hi,

Could you please revalidate your studioconfig.xml and the runtimeconfig.xml files and check if the value specified for office is "2016". I am asking you to revalidate this because in the 1st option explored that you have specified above in the post, you have mentioned that you have changed the runtime config value for office to 2019 from 2010. But you should change it to 2016. i am not sure if that was a typo. 

If this doesnt work then i guess you will have to reinstall the studio once again with correct selection of office 2016 radio button at the time of installing.

Thanks chouk1 for responding. 

I have tried all the suggested ways.. finally going to uninstall and reinstall studio. if that also doesnt solve the issue, planning to raise SR.
