Embed ChatBot without Customer service
I was wondering if we need a chatserver or a Customer Selfservice application to embed chatbot in my application.
I saw PDM chatbot on PDM 5 which does not use a chatserver or Customer Service application.
In case we can embed without chatserver and customer selfservice then the question is whether there is an OOTB way to embed chatbot just like pulse. Note, we only want a chatbot and no escalation to agents

@AnkujJ44 , Yes you can embed the web chat without having the Pega CS application and chat server.
However, by using this chatbot you can only configure the bot responses for the client queries.

@PraveenMankala thanks for the information, Per the link provided, to embed chatbot it recommends to embed the generated mashup in the web page that will be used as an IVA for Web Chatbot.
If Pegachat bot needs to be available on the same pega application webpage, do we still need to embed the mashup. I was looking into pxEmbedChat and the potential to use that.

@AnkujJ44, By using the pxEmbedChat section you can include the bot in your portal.

@PraveenMankala - thanks a lot the article is very helpful.
I was trying to include pxEmbedChat and while trying to do so, I am getting the below error.
"Unable to find section Embed-Channel-ConversationHistory!pzInputTextAnalysis included in section Data-Channel-Message-Outbound!pyInboundAnalysis"
The section pzInputTextAnalysis is withdrawn. I may be missing something since pxEmbedChat is included by both Deployment Manager and App Factory to standup their chatbot.
A way to get around is to save as this section and make it available. That works, however I wanted to check if I am missing some configuration due to which I get this error.
Also is there any documentation around pxEmbedChat
