Email sending process takes too long
Hi,
We are using SendSimpleEmail activity to notify users. But when the flow reaches that utility, it takes too long to process.(about 15-20 seconds) When I trace during the utility, it looks like that it wait at data corr email send step 8. What could be potential reason ?

Hi,
There are just some info about the case in email body. Also there are no attachments. By the way I have discovered a parameter "BatchSend". When I set this to "true". Sending email process became faster. I suppose this parameter is used for queuing. Should I always use this parameter ?

It will be hard to recommend enabling BatchSend without knowing the root cause of slowness. If connecting to the smtp server is slow, then enabling BatchSend will help as you need to connect once to send multiple emails.

Connection status of email accounts gets updated fastly on email accounts page. I don't think that connecting to smtp server is slow. It just waits on the email send java step.
