Email in parent case flow gets triggered before child cases get completed
Hi All,
I have a requirement where parent case is suppose to send an email through send email shape after all child cases are resolved .( These child cases are consumed by openspan automation) .
I see that the email gets triggered before all the child cases return completed status.I have set a wait also after the child case shape and before parent case end .
Please help.
