Hi,

The email listener in our application is not retaining the HTML format of the mail in the email attachments. As a results thy are coming in a single line without the HTML styles. We are using Inline-Prefer HTML is the request tab for service email but the issue continues.

Also, we have an image in the signature which is not retained by the listener while processing the mail. As a result if we open that email attachment and send a mail as a reply to that mail, the image is not displayed.

Our version is Pega 24.2 constellation.

Can someone please help on this?.
