Email Correspondance rule Footer issue in 8.7
I have created a new Email correspondence rule in 8.7 and have configured the place holders as per the selected template ( have used the pzEmailNotificationTemplate ), when the preview is rendered we observed that "Footer" verbiage is being displayed irrespective of the footer region configurations. Whereas this behavior is not observed in the email correspondence rule created in prior version. However i observed that when an existing email correspondence rule is checked out and saved ( without any modifications) - the preview render the "Footer" verbiage.

@Byshu_Ayyappaswamy Its not a cache related issue. Have tried out that option.
The support team has confirmed that its a 87 bug and would be addressed in the subsequent releases.
: For the newly created email correspondance rules or the onces being modified, change the edit mode to "Source Only" and manually remove the "Footer" verbiage enclosed with in the <P> tag.
