Email bot Attachments

We would like to know where will the email attachments and body gets stored in Pega once after receiving email from Bot

Hi @umamaheswar.bk,

Email attachments are saved as "Attachments" in the case. Internally, they are stored as Data-WorkAttach-File instances. You can see them under the pyAttachments Page List on the case. Each attachment object will have:

pyFileName pyAttachStream will be binary file. pyNote pyAttachmentType usually type will be File
