Email attachments are saved as "Attachments" in the case. Internally, they are stored as Data-WorkAttach-File instances. You can see them under the pyAttachments Page List on the case. Each attachment object will have:

pyFileName pyAttachStream will be binary file. pyNote pyAttachmentType usually type will be File

@umamaheswar.bk When Pega receives an email through the Email Bot, the email body and attachments are automatically stored in the corresponding case (usually of type Email Triage or a custom case). The email body is saved in a property called .pyBody (or .pyInboundEmail.pyBody for richer metadata), and the attachments are stored as instances of Link-Attachment and can be viewed in the "Attachments" section of the case. Physically, the attachment files are stored in the Pega database in the pc_data_workattach table or an external repository if configured. You can view or access them through the case’s attachment UI. This allows Pega to link all email content directly to the appropriate case for further automation or processing.
