I believe this is a limitation imposed by most email servers, rather than a Pega problem.

You have to decide the best option to get around it:

1. Reduce your file size if possible. Can you remove any unnessary data from the attachment? Or try sending a compressed file instead.

2. Speak to your IT team who manages the email server being used. They may be able to increase the file size limit.

3. Keep the file on the Pega server as a case attachment and send the recipient a link to access it. Ensure you have reviewed the security setup when doing this.

4. Use a cloud storage provider such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive. Upload the file to a secure location using the REST APIs that are provided by those storage providers, then send a link to the recipient. Ensure you have reviewed the security setup when doing this.

There are many options here, but if your file sizes are going to consistently be that large, then you need to do some design work to handle it.

Hi @LakshmiPriyaK4381 To resolve this error, you will need to adjust the settings on your MTA (Mail Transfer Agent) or Transport Hub. Default attachment size is 10 MB.
