Dropdown issue in default selection
Hi
We have a dropdown whose source is an activity. When the dropdown is displayed we could see the default value selected as the 2nd option.
Ex : the activity lists 2 values - pxResults(1) value Client, pxResults(2) value Firm. But when dropdown is displayed we could see the default selected value is Firm.
There is no default option mentioned in the dropdown. Even when we add a placeholder, still the default value selected is Firm.
We have even tried Obj-Sort. But whatever the sorting is is the default is always 'Firm'.
We are using PRPC 7.4.
Has anyone faced similar issue before?

Could you please check in pre-processing Data Transform or Activity if they are setting the value for the Dropdown property as "Firm".

If there is no default value set, and no obvious DT or activities setting/resetting this value, run a tracer during this scenario and see if any other actions are firing that you may be unaware of.
If that does not reveal something, or in parallel, recreate the dropdown under a different property name with the same source. This will help isolate if this is related to the property or the source, or other.
