multi selection dropdown

i have two  multi selected dropdowns like (Parent & Child) i have selected a value in parent matched value populated in child. again another value selected in parent matched value populate in child then .i have DELETED one value in parent then should be deleted automatically in child. How can i implement ??? Could some help me.
