Double filtering in Dynamic Dropdown

scenario:

When a customer Selecting the City Name ,the cities related places wants to be display in the another dropdownlist.I got this !!

But again when a customer selecting the place from the city ,the related restaurants names to be display in the another dropdown .

Note: I was used source as a datapage.

How to do this??without duplication in anywhere

Can anyone tell me ...

Configure a data page which takes two parameter city and place . Source the third drop down from the newly created data page and pass the values selected from the previous drop downs as parameter.

Configure a parameterized data page with 2 parameters, city and place. Use this as source for third drop down. Enable restaurants drop down only if city and place are selected.
