I am looking for the PEGA documentation for OOTB reports, Could you share the link to view the definition for the below OOTB reports. Since I dont see the proper definition from corresponding report definition rule for the below reports.
- Aging Inventory by Hold Code
- Claim Disposition by Batch
- Claims Batch Intake Statistics
- Correspondence Balancing Report
- Detailed Summary Report
- Open Claims by Status
- Summary of all claims on hold
- Workbasket Inventory Summary
- Average Processing Time in Hours
- Average duration per flow task
- Flow Analysis
- Performance Detail in average hours
- Summary of flow tasks with analysis
- Task duration in hours
- Task performance in average hours
- Timeliness by flow and task
- External Assignments by operator
- Timeliness by task, work queue and resolved items by operator

Hi,
All reports for the specific user are visible in the report browser
Pega Icon -> Reporting -> Access -> Report Browser
You may also want to see the reports in (application specific)
Pega Icon -> Reporting -> Reports -> Implementations
Alternatively, please use a custom query to get all reports.
Also I could find document(attaching screenshot) for only few reports specifically to CPM framework.
