Do we have any tools to upgrade checker from Pega 8.3 to Pega 8.6 ?

Hi Team,

Let me know if any tools available to estimate impacted rules and Upgrade checker in Pre upgrade .

@Nelson Paiva  Thanks for your response but i was checking if any Pega tools are available that can give us list of all rules might be impacted after upgrade from 8.3 to 8.6 so it will be easy for us to give us high level upgrade estimation.
