You would probably want to code your own loop to do your comparison.  It's a bit cumbersome to design a one-size-fits-all api for the purpose, since all of the following might differ depending on needs:

• Maybe you only want to check certain fields in each page on the list.  For instance, if the list refers to the same people and each has a Boolean marked project-done, you might consider the lists equal even though some other fields differ.
• Maybe you care whether two lists have the same pages but in differing orders, maybe you don't.
• Maybe you need info about where the lists differ, and maybe you only care whether they differ
