DLL missing when attempting to run CRM Setup.msi

I am attempting the Pega Robotics Studio training projects. After installing Pega Robotics Studio (8.0.2043.0), I navigate to the folder containing "CRM Setup.msi" and double-click it. However, the setup fails immediately with the following error:

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

Is it possible to get the missing DLL(s) from Pega?
