OCR Controls effected in migration from 1087 to SP1 2046

We have been using Right Click by OCR of Robotics to perform click over a context menu item in a  click once Windows application. Since our previous deployment in the version 1087 and rarely seen any issues. But recently we have migrated to SP1 2046 version and we started noticing a problem while performing OCR clicks. can you suggest a solution to this.

Are you certain that the OCR is identifying the correct control? If you enable "Highlight" is it locating the proper area of the screen? You mentioned that you are having a problem with OCR clicks; what do you mean by that?
