DLL missing in PEGA

I´m Reading the help for connecting citrix with PEGA (http://help.openspan.com/52/index.htm#Citrix/Citrix_Context_Properties.htm) and I can´t find these DLL's in my system, where I can get them?

CTXOPSP.dll

OpenSpan.Native.dll

OpenSpan.SuperTrace.dll

Hi Andre,

This document on PDN: Using Citrix Contexts (8.0) states that you have to run setup.exe file. This file will be provided by Pega Global Customer Support. To obtain this file, please create an SR on My Support Portal with the request type as Media Request. Once created, do let us know the SR number here for tracking.
