Dispute Condition 13.5: Misrepresentation

Hfix 66099  As per new guidelines, Cardholder Letter is no longer needed and just the explanation is needed. Also, the Bank statement is only mandatory for Investment Products

we reached out to visa to get more details on  Investment Products. our understanding we don't dispute investment product  

visa input "In general, there would be no dispute rights available for investment/trading disputes if the account has been funded. For a transaction related to an investment/trading account, from a dispute perspective 

Pega analysis "The case may be rejected by Visa if Bank Statement is not attached for dispute related to Investment product 

in order for our system to detect investment account and prompt the user to attach document ,what will trigger the system to know this is an investment production

Do you know why we are displaying this message in the UI if we have no chargeback right ? "Bank statement is mandatory for dispute on investment account."
