Disoriented UI post upgrade for user

Hi,

Post upgrade from pega 7 to 8 UIKit 10 to 14 getting proper ui on loging in with admin access for manager portal however with manager access manager portal UI gets disoriented.

Any possible causes and solutions.Please suggest.

Its pega ootb section pycaseheader which is getting disoriented on manager login.

Earlier it was configured with ootb section of 7 version post upgrade it is configured with 8 version ootb section.
