I am actually referring to the end-user's ability to open up a Word document stored within PEGA, allowing the user to make edits to that document directly within Word, and then save that document as a new version back into Pega. While it isn't entirely necessary to save item directly back into Pega from Word, having a built in ability to attach a new version of the same document into Pega is what is really necessary.
