Devops in SSO enabled environment - Timed Out
Hi All,
Using prpcServiceUtils, while importing Pega package in SSO enabled environment I get Error Message : REQUEST_TIME_OUT.
Command used " ./prpcServiceUtils.sh import -propFile prpcServiceUtils.properties"
Can anyone please suggest if i need to consider anything else while importing in SSO enabled environment.
If anyone tried other approaches , kindly suggest.

Hi,
There are few things that you can check
1. The SSO user must have sufficient privileges
2. If you on cloud then check if whitelisting is done.
3. Can you check logs and see what exact timeout error you are seeing. Is it DB timeout or socket timeout.
As you see REQUEST_TIME_OUT, I suspect there is permission issue which is leading to timeout
4. File size you are importing

Issue got resolved after performing following steps
1. set the requestTimeOut script argument with higher value
2. In Service Package "SystemManagement".Uncheck the "Requires authentication".
3. Interestingly the operator-ID's password should be same in Pega and LDAP
