VSTS (Visual Studio Team Services) is easily supported in the same way that Jenkins is. Pega has a number of HTTP REST Services targeted for managing Pega in a pipeline (seen in the diagram below)

The relevant service packages are prpcServiceUtils (introduced since 7.2), pzExecuteTests (to run PegaUnits) and the branch & merge resource in Pega APIs. There are many more devops oriented REST apis being added to the product, but this is the core functionality. All the examples for Jenkins basically invoke either helper ANT scripts or the http requests directly

As mentioned earlier, we don't have OOTB integration with VSTS in the Deployment Manager, however in a future release, it will be easy to add integration with VSTS or any other Automation tools that have REST APIs such as the ones that VSTS provide
