Determine Attachment File size while uploading.
System should restrict to the user's if the file size greater than the specified limit(10MB). Please let me know if anyone can provide a solution to this..

You are correct, It will impact all the users. I think your requirement can be addressed if you design your logic in such a way that the system can check Attachment File Size before attempting to Upload

Hi
By default, file attachments are restricted to 1 gigabyte in size. You can set a larger or smaller limit with the prconfig.xml file setting:
<env name="Initialization/MaximumFileUploadSizeMB" value="nn" />
where nn is the size in megabytes.

Can we make it conditionally instead of changing the system variable which may be impacted to the whole system?
In my use case,system shouldn't allow the specific users to upload the file which is excess 10 MB...
