Design Shapes - Connectors not working

I am unable to click the decision flow shapes with each other. The connectors are not working for some reason. Please help

I positioned the mouse many times on the triangle shapes but it doesnt even highlight it. I have tried chrome and edge both.

Ayesha,

When you say you that you positioned your mouse on the triangle shapes, which triangles do you mean?

You need to hover over a component, then some triangles will appear on the edges, where you need to click, hold the click button and then start drawing lines. 

Edge is not supported browser. But Chrome should work 100%. Alternatively, can you try IE? Which OS are you using?

Can you please send a screenshot? Or even better a movie?
