Deployment Manager : How to switch to another application

We switched to Deployment Manager 4.5 and we were wondering how to allow switch from deployment manager to another application.
The platform that host deployment manager is also used for Agile studio and for now users have to logoff/log on to go back to agile studio.
We tried to add Developer portal to "PegaDeploymentManager:Administrators" but it fails with the following error :

Separately, DM 4.6 will be coming out in sometime in October and will have a slightly enhanced capability to switch to DevStudio, there will be a way to get to it directly from the operator menu, however from what I gather of your use case here, it is to support a way to switch to other applications that the operator has access to. We will consider this as feedback for a future release.
