Demo operating ID not working in PEGA 7 personal Edition

Hi Team,

I have successfully installed PRPC 7.2 personal Edition. But I am not able to login using operator id provided in SAE7I_Exercise Guide.

Could you please guide me how I can login using different operator ID so that I can complete my training.
