delete users who quit, remove these users' rules with private edit and checkout
Hi all, I have 2 questions.
1-I want to find and clean the check-out and private edits of the operators who left the job and then create an activity to delete these users. How can I do it?
2-When I removed the checkout authority on my operator, I saw that rules belonging to different rulesets were defined on my operator. what is the reason of this?

Question 1:
To find checked out/private edit rules:
Create a report in Data-Rule-Summary/Data-Rule-Locking class and filter with pyRuleset="OperatorID@"
To delete them:
-Run WBDelete activity by passing the pzinskey captured from the checked out rule.
Question 2:
It's strange, I tried from my side if we have few rules with a operator checkout, system will not allow us to remove the checkout authority. We will get below error message
''Allow rule check out—
Some rules have been checked out by this operator. Check them back in before un-checking this checkbox."
Please correct me if my understanding is different..
