Delegated correspondence rule shows extraneous buttons - Pega 7.3.1
I created a correspondence rule and then delegated it to a user. Upon attempting to edit the delegated correspondence rule, the user sees three buttons that I would like to hide. However, I am unable to customize it to hide it or use any Pega OOTB When rules to hide it. I have provided a screenshot showing the screen I am presented. The buttons outlined in red are the ones I am trying to hide. I am looking for a solution to hide these.

I was testing on my 8.2.2 system but didn't see those options. What Pega version are you using so I can compare?

Are you using the out of the box Delegate action and harness rules? Or are you using custom sections or the older Favorites model?

Hi Kendrick, I tried it on my 7.3.1 system. I could not see those buttons either. Can you provide more detailed information on what user you have delegated it to?
