Delegating the correspondence rules
Deligating correpondence rules involves user updating the information. There are other rules referenced and they are not readable for the users in the correspondence rules. Are there any best practices around the delegation of corresspondence rules?

The other rules lacks the Access role to object ARO add read previlige to these users in ARO's

Can you please furrther elaborate? I want users have an ability to edit an email message before they send it. Since emails are in correspondence rules and include angle brackets, I am willing to find best approaches in providing users ability or options to edit the emails before sending it.
