Decision table rule form in user portal

The grid part of auto-gen section pzDecisionTable in ruleform is not showing up when I try to open in a case. To ensure that UI supports ruleform, I have used RuleFormLayout section in flowaction and customised harness in assignment.

I am intrigued how its showing up in delegated rule, the only difference is its not opened in case and uses OOTB 'Open-Rule' action api.

Any suggestions for opening decision table in a case are welcome.
