Decision table added to favorites does not open in the portal
When I try to add a decision table to any operator's favorites and open it by pressing the edit button on the portal, only a white screen appears. Rule does not open.But when I delegate the table to an access group, I can open the rule by clicking the edit button. I compared both cases by opening tracer.While I did not get any error in the tracer when I delegated to the Access group, I noticed that the tracer got an error when I added it to my favorites.
My Rules Screen
1 -> Delegated to access group
2 -> Actions->Add to Favorites
Delegated decision table opens normally
But decision table that added to favorites could not open

@Ferhat looks like, the user is unable to find the instance.
are you facing the issue after the code deployment from one env to another environment
Is rule delegated? please check the delegate class for delegated rules
Can you try with the developer account by manager/user portal
Check the class access in roles for the access group, verify the access
is the ruleset version locked where the decision table is saved.

@Deven I use administrator user/manager portal and I created this decision table in prod ruleset for testing.
I tried both prod ruleset and application ruleset but both cases have the same error.
Rulesets are not locked.
It opens when I favorite an activity that is in the same ruleset.
We can not delegate any rule to operator in pega 8 , so I can only add rule to my favorites list.
