DateTime properties format converting GMT format in exported CSV

When user is doing Export to CSV file on Delegated Data type which DateTime column, in downloaded CSV file date field display as yyyyMMddThhmmss.000GMT rather than MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS AM/PM as displayed on Delegated data type UI.

Is there a OOTB was we use to get date MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS AM/PM in the exported excel?
