IH Exports Getting Generated on GMT format
Hi All,
Currently, we are generating the IH exports from pega CDH and the downstream is consuming it for reporting.
Interaction History exports file name in the file data set is getting appended with GMT format, whereas our downstream is expecting it in AEST format and segregating the reports based on AEST time folders .
This discrepancy is causing issues and is not allowing business to extract report by 7 am with the previous day interaction history. Is there any way where we can change the IH file names that are getting generated into AEST format instead of gmt from the file dataset.
Any guidance on this would be appreciated.
