Convert SQL Date TimeStamp to Pega GMT format

Hi Team,

I need to convert the Date timestamp "13-OCT-23 Proprietary information hidden000000 AM"  to "20231013T031458000 GMT" to save DateTime values in Pega Data Table. Please suggest if any best approach to achieve this. Thanks
